A grand total for all work being proposed is required. Work shall be completed in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP), and as per Contract documents. The contractor shall provide a broken-out cost proposal to reflect all labor, equipment, material, and transportation costs needed to accomplish the work. It is the contractors’ responsibility and obligation to conform to all state and local laws, manufacturer’s recommendations, and any codes and guidelines outlined in this scope of work. Contractor shall submit a work schedule (GANTT Chart) delineated by task depicting a time frame of tasks to be accomplished (Part 2, Contractor Requirements) within the performance period. A copy of the work schedule to the designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR) shall be submitted two weeks prior to start date. A final inspection with the COR shall be accomplished at least 7 days prior to project completion. Contractor to provide a copy of utilities drawings to NAVFAC and NRL prior to start of construction.
