The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to assist in identifying any potential sources capable of providing continued support of the Joint Analytic Real-Time Virtual Information Sharing System (JARVISS). The U.S. Army, Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) seeks to continue software licensing renewal agreements, operations, maintenance, and sustainment support of JARVISS. This requirement also includes application patches, enhancements, security resolutions, training, and help desk services. Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specifics (Note: The attached draft PWS is subject to change). Interested Vendors shall provide the following information to the Contract Specialist, Joseph Haslach, at joseph.m.haslach.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00PM Eastern Time on 22 January 2024; please include “FY2024 JARVISS RFI” in the subject line: Vendor Name, Address, and CAGE code. Capabilities Statement (not to exceed five pages): Identify how your company is capable of providing the requirements of the PWS to include how support will be provided by the start date of 30 March 2024 without disruption or a break in service.
