The overall purpose of TCC-FSR is to provide technical support in the form of Hostile Forces - Tagging, Tracking, and Locating (HF-TTL) and Tactical Video System/Remote Surveillance Target Acquisition (TVS/RSTA) Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Operational Planners (OPs), and New Equipment Training (NET) to USSOCOM forces This notice is not a request for competitive offers and is not a formal solicitation. The intent of this notice is to satisfy FAR part 5.204. To gain access to the upcoming RFP information, vendors must be registered within SAM. Furthermore, interested vendor should provide the following information to facilitate delivery of classified material in a timely manner to respond to the upcoming solicitation. A. Vendor’s cage code to be submitted through USSOCOM Security who will verify proof of: 1. TOP SECRET Facility Clearance 2. SECRET Level of Safeguarding B. Vendor’s primary address that should match their Facility Clearance C. Primary POC along with phone number This precaution has been established to limit the dissemination of classified and sensitive unclassified information. A formal milestone schedule has not yet been finalized; however, the following are the tentative dates for release of information concerning the follow-on requirement: Tentative Dates/Times: Draft Solicitation Release: The week of August 16th, 2021 Solicitation Release: September 14th, 2021 Questions shall be submitted in writing and received by the posted due date/time.
