The Contractor is required to perform a phased replacement of the existing HVAC system that servesWNY-219 & WNY-220. Currently both buildings (WNY-219 & WNY-220) receive chilled water from the samechiller system located in WNY-219. The intent of this project is to separate these buildings such thateach building houses its own air cooled chilled water system. Additionally WNY-219 (floors 1 thru 4)and WNY-220 (floors 3 thru 4) will receive new air handling units, air terminal units and controls.WNY-220 (floors 1 thru 2) will receive new controls.
