Date: 6 July 2022 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for replacement of the HVAC EMCS controls in Buildings 4943 & 4945 in accordance with the SOW, specifications, and drawings. The project involves replacing the existing HVAC DDC control systems in Buildings 4943 and 4945 with Automated Logic Controls (ALC) and the installation of an ALC network control system using the Automated Logic JBER standard points lists on equipment. It is anticipated that this requirement will include brand name restricted materials, equipment or components from Automated Logic Controls (ALC). IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS: 238210 It is anticipated that this will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $16.5M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $16,500,000 Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 21 July 2022 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 23 August 2022. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
