Date: _9 Feb 2022_____ The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for upgrades to the Joint Military Mall in accordance with the SOW, specifications, and drawings. The project involves repairing, patching, painting to match various interior walls and floor surfaces, repairing and replacing damaged ceiling grides, tiles, accessories, and other related damage as designated in the attached drawings. IAW FAR 36.204(c), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 236220 It is anticipated that this will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 23 Feb 2022 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 23 Mar 2022. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
