The installation requires extensive concrete slab preparation and repair to obtain a suitable surface for fitness flooring to adhere and maintain warranty. Lead Base Paint (LBP) on concrete would be abated, entire concrete surface would be leveled via grinding and all spalls and cracks would be repaired. This requirement must meet all specifications outlined in the Statement of Work and Turf System Specifications. The estimated Period of Performance for this project is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The subject project Magnitude of Construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(e) Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Project Location: Building 7309, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. Please refer to site plan for location. A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday, 22 August 2023, at 1:30 PM AKT. Parties will meet in front of Building 7309. All questions are due by Thursday, 24 August 2023, 10:00 AM AKT. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The installation requires extensive concrete slab preparation and repair to obtain a suitable surface for fitness flooring to adhere and maintain warranty. LBP on concrete would be abated, entire concrete surface would be leveled via grinding and all spalls and cracks would be repaired. Place of Performance: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature), in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Work shall start within 10 days after date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 365 days. This performance period includes administrative time, submittal time, material ordering time, and physical construction time. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) and is anticipated to be posted on or about July 20, 2023 on beta.SAM.gov web page. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
