Subject: Install Electrical Service Building 10571 **This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project. This project will provide power service to the temporary shelters located just north of B10571 as shown in the drawings. Work consists of providing primary electrical service, pad-mounted transformer, power station, secondary electric service, and feeder conductors to the generator shelter. Project will also install pedestrian gate on existing airfield fence and repair damaged or removed fencing due to electrical service installation. This project is located inside the airfield perimeter fence. This project only requires one person required personnel for the Superintendent/QC/SSHO. Place of Performance: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK The estimated Period of Performance for this project is 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 36.204(d), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) and is anticipated to be posted on or about July 21, 2023 on beta.SAM.gov web page. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
