Contractor to fix the leaking secondary containment sump drain assembly. Contractor to provide complete 100% design submittal, specifications and construction. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 237120 This is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 4 December 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 4 January 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to eview this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
