Project consists of work to install a ventilation hood and duct system in vicinity of Sonic Parts Washer located in Room 209 of Building 16718, JBER. New ducting will tie into the existing 24" duct on the adjacent paint booth ventilation system. Please see Attachment 1 for further details. IAW FAR 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A pre-proposal site visit is planned on Monday, 14 February 2022, at 2:00 PM AKST, however is subject to change. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about February 11, 2022 on beta.SAM.gov web page. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
