Date: May 06, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for installation of an arctic package generator located in a parking lot area near building 7079 lift station on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. This is a 35% conceptual design-build project to include installation of a new generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS), and a belly fuel tank within a weatherproof enclosure. Contractor to provide complete 100% design submittal, 100% specifications and 100% construction. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. Perform work as described in the contract drawings and Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall deliver an engine generator that complies with the emission and fuel standards found in the New Source Performance Standard for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion and Engines. It is anticipated that a portion of this requirement will include brand name components or equipment from Automated Logic Controls (ALC). IAW FAR 36.204(d), Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. It is anticipated that this procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M. NAICS: 236220 PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 24 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 23 June 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
