Date: August 19, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for Paint Interior, Bldg. 714 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The project consists of work to Paint Interior Bldg. 714 - JBER, AK IAW FAR 36.204(a), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is Less than $25,000. NAICS: 238320 This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $15.0M PSC/FSC: Z2JZ Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 24 August 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 9 September 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted.
