The work includes removing the existing built-up roof on specific sections and installing new 3-ply SBS-Modified BUR and 90-mil EPDM roof assemblies, along with replacing all associated components like roof drains, flashings, and copings. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the fully functional repairs in accordance with the detailed specifications.
