Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a new requirement for the demolition and replacement of the existing roofing systems at a Dining Facility (DFAC). The contractor must provide all necessary resources, management, and services to complete the project as specified. A critical requirement is that the roof membrane manufacturer must furnish a 20-year, no dollar limit warranty for both materials and installation workmanship.
