The 354th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualification packages for A&E services for a roofing project at the Central Heat Power Plant (CHPP) in Eielson AFB. See project details below: The work required is included in the scope of A-E Title I services (Design Phase Services) for the design of a PVC roofing system, which includes a vapor barrier, roof membrane, insulation layer, and cover board. The scope of work also encompasses collecting and reviewing project data and records, developing design concepts and cost estimates, attending and participating in review meetings, and making revisions as requested by the Government. The documents attached provide more information about this requirement. The contract schedule, as set forth in the statement of work, requires delivery of 100% designed documents within 130 calendar days.
