Can you confirm whether a “SE” license is required for the Structural Engineer? For this type of facility a Civil Engineer “CE” seems allowable. For Clarification there will also be no Structural Engineeer on the Team Composition and that is correct a Civil Engineer is allowable. Are Existing P&ID drawings available for the plant? There are no existing P&ID drawings for the plant. Will the project modify any of the existing WWTP processes?
