Must be approved for use by the Defense Forensic Science Center (DFSC) Biometrics Operations Division (BOD) Interoperability Initiatives (I2B). usarmy.clarksburg-wv.dfsc.list.i2b@mail.mil b. Supports the processing of biometric and latent data based on DoD Electronic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS)/Electronic Fingerprint Transmission Specification standards c. Produce an EBTS version 4.0 compliant digital file, backwards compatible to EBTS version 1.2 that can be submitted to the Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS), the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Next Generation Identification (NGI) system and the Department of Homeland Security’s IDENT system through the SOF Exploitation (SOFEX Portal) d. Ability to electronically collect high resolution 10-digit fingerprints, facial photo, and any necessary consent From individual, all of which are required to be analyzed by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). i. Data must be collected by U.S. government employees and/or contractors, who must be U.S. citizens e. Must have the ability to upload data collection to the SOFEX via WIFI and Universal Serial Bus (USB) or CD drive f. Must have stock on hand to rapidly ship/deploy the 56 biometric collection devices and accessories to ensure full functionality immediately upon submitting order. Biometric collection is required by 30 Apr 2021. g. Must provide training (physical or web-based) to ensure end-user is fully capable of operating system. Must be available 24/7 to provide support as needed h. Must provide software and hardware sustainment of system as needed to ensure full functionality
