The 460th FSS/FSVS, Fitness Center requests that the facility obtain a new Kawasaki 4x4 (or equivalent), fueled by gasoline, with snow plow kit, cab window enclosures, heat, windshield wipers and a bed (at a minimum). The utility vehicle shall include at a minimum the following: • Shall run on gasoline • Shall include a snow plow kit, installed by the Contractor • Shall include an enclosed cab with windows that can be rolled up • Shall include controllable heating within the enclosed cab • Shall include windshield wipers • Shall include a bed behind the cab
