This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of large and small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The 763rd ESS is seeking information for potential sources to provide Flying Squadron Functional Support functions include Aircrew Scheduling support, Training support, Standardization & Evaluation (Stan/Eval) support, administrative support, and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) support. The focus of work shall be to support non-flying duties in the flying squadrons that are traditionally performed by aircrew members as additional administrative duties. Support is required through this contract to ensure complete coverage of the wing’s overall flying operations support requirements. The contractor shall perform all the tasks in required capabilities section of this Sources Sought. The contractor shall provide personnel, services, and management support to accomplish the objectives.
