This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes services required to provide Sustaining Engineering in support of the C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft. Sustaining Engineering services include, but are not limited to, performing engineering investigations and analyses, formulating deficiency resolution concepts and designing proof of concepts. Areas to receive engineering support unique to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) within this PWS include, but are not limited to, Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP), Functional Systems Integrity Program (FSIP), and Corrosion Prevention and Control Program (CPCP), as well as nonrecurring and/or in-depth studies and investigations under the Deficiency Investigation Program (DIP). Technical Data Sustainment (TDS) services are also supported to acquire missing or incomplete historical technical data which the Government does not otherwise have access to, in order to fill in the C-5M baseline repository and sustain the C-5M.
