The government is conducting a sources sought to assess industry capability for full rate production, spare/repair parts, contractor support services, and interim contractor support for the AN/TPQ-53 counter-fire target acquisition radar system. The effort includes production for the U.S. program of record and foreign military sales, obsolescence management, modification kits, pre-planned product improvements, software updates, and logistics product support. Interested firms must demonstrate deep system hardware/software expertise and integrated logistics support experience; the government owns only a limited technical data package, and a reading library will be available for review. Work is tied to the current Lockheed Martin production in Liverpool, NY, with sustainment support coordinated through the Aberdeen Proving Ground Integrated Logistics Support Center. Responses must address technical and risk approaches, estimated cost, schedule constraints, and relevant radar support experience.
