THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY The Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Matters (DASD(NM)), the Physical Security Enterprise & Analysis Group (PSEAG) oversees the program execution of the PSE RDT&E Program. The objective of this notice is to obtain information to identify firms and organizations capable of providing a mature ground-based surveillance solution that is capable of foliage penetration and the detection, tracking, and classification of personnel. These materiel solutions may include entire surveillance systems, or novel signal processing techniques that can be applied to existing systems. Solutions with a Technology Readiness Level of 5 or above are preferred. However, technologies with lower TRL and a roadmap to readiness are also acceptable.
