This RFQ supports a Foreign Military Sales procurement for the Government of Columbia and requires vendors to complete all green cells in Attachment 1, quote the requested color/pattern in Column D (NSN is reference only), and provide technical documentation showing compliance with each part-number specification in Column B, including side-by-side comparisons for alternative materials. The Government will use price analysis under FAR 15.404-1 to determine fair and reasonable pricing and may request additional non-certified cost or pricing data if needed. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis in Unison Marketplace, with only one quote accepted; the Government may make multiple awards for partial item coverage and intends to award from initial quotes without revisions. RFQ spreadsheet information will be incorporated into the awarded call, and WAWF and shipping instructions will be provided at award; partial shipments are allowed, drop shipments are not permitted, the vendor must provide one shipping address for all items, and material must be available for pickup within the continental U.S. The award is subject to availability of funds, and the Government may cancel the requirement without incurring proposal fees.
