Formerly Solicitation F3G3CE9058AW03 (updated requirements): The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to provide for a diagnostic audiology suite capable of evaluating patients for conditions including (but not limited to) sensorineural, mixed and conductive hearing loss, cochlear outer hair cell function and a variety of middle ear pathologies. The system shall be designed and built to meet the following minimum requirements: 1) Testing booth must meet Maximum Permissible Ambient Noise Levels standards set by American National Standards Institute. Single Wall Exam Room with Invisible Cable System. External Dimensions: 63" W x 74" L x 90" H 2) 36" Nominal Clear Opening Door with Large window. Increase the clear opening width from the standard 32" to 36". Large 16" x 60" window in the door. 3) Additional Duplex Outlets (Up to 3) Duplex outlets placed as desired and/or to coordinate with equipment locations. 4) Capella 2 Diagnostic Otoacoustic Emissions module must have test capabilities from .5?8 kHz for DPOAEs and TEOAEs. 5) Delivery and Install, Sound Room, Capella 6) Install equipment already in Government possession related to diagnostic booth including Madsen Otoflex, Astera 2, Zodiac SA Clinical, and PMM CS.
