The 11th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to AGFA US Corporation in accordance with FAR 6.302- 1(a)(2). Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the fact that AGFA US Corporation is the only vendor/manufacturer who is able to provide the DX-D 100 Musica WS Windows 10 Upgrade. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541519 with a size standard of 30 million dollars. Information received will be considered solely for only the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
