This information will be used for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Response to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals/questions in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the market analysis. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. This sources sought constitutes a market research tool for the collection and analysis of information to determine on the participation in this acquisition. The designated NAICS Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 EMP Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition.
