The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of three (3) each Welch Allyn 380 ELI Electrocardiogram or equal. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
