The work includes the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and transportation to provide a site survey and 35% design to 436 CES for the demolition of the existing wash rack in Building 779 and construction of new washrack in Building 778 in accordance with this scope of work. In addition, existing electrical components must be upgraded in both buildings. The project location is 778 & 779 7th St, Dover AFB, DE 19902, Kent County Delaware.
