Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst AFB is seeking web-based application Enterprise Safety Applications Management System to manage Safety and Occupational Health compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Act of 1970 and DoD requirements. The web-based system must aid JB MDL in meeting requirements outlined in DoD Instructions. The application shall include employee training record update, job hazard analysis training and tracking, mishap reporting, unsafe workplace reporting, medical surveillance and hazard abatement tracking. Custom reports may be requested as needed by the JB MDL. This solicitation will be sole sourced IAW FAR 19.502-2(a) to the original equipment manufacturer and sole source distributor HGW and Associates. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 and the size standard is $30,000,000. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency.
