Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to REPLACE/STUDY/ADD GENERATORS AT FACILITY 5, 701, 753, 805, 806, 827, 828, 955, 1001, 2012 2021, 2125, 2127, 2174, 2300 and 2313 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Work consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to REPLACE/STUDY/ADD GENERATORS AT FACILITY 5, 701, 753, 805, 806, 827, 828, 955, 1001, 2012 2021, 2125, 2127, 2174, 2300 and 2313 in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings. The specifications and drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation. Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to REPLACE/STUDY/ADD GENERATORS AT FACILITY 5, 701, 753, 805, 806, 827, 828, 955, 1001, 2012 2021, 2125, 2127, 2174, 2300 and 2313, at Dobbins ARB, GA. This project includes work at 26 different locations on Dobbins ARB. New generator work shall include accommodating 24 hour generator diesel/JP-8fuel double walled tank capacity, four pole by-pass capable ATS installation, equipment grounding, concrete pad, and new site preparations. All newly installed generators must meet the latest U.S. Environmental Protection Agency air quality/emission requirements tier rating for stand-by diesel generators. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. No Foreign participation is allowed. NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
