It is the intent of Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) to use this source sought for market research purposes only. The Department of Defense (DoD), WHS/AD is performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential vendors under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562910 – Remediation Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $25M. PSC: F108—Environmental Systems Protection-Environmental Remediation. For planning purposes; WHS/AD anticipates awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for timely and effective demolition, asbestos and lead abatement services that comply with the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations and requirements, as applicable to the activities being performed on an as-needed basis within the Raven Rock Mountain Complex.
