The government is conducting market research to identify sources capable of repairing the F-15 Advanced Display Core Processor II (ADCP II), which processes target data and displays aircraft sensor and weapon information. The government does not own the repair data or rights, making it uneconomical to buy or reverse-engineer, so the repair is currently sole-sourced to Boeing, located in Saint Louis, MO. Offerors must be able to meet form, fit, function, and interface requirements per the applicable technical order, and furnish all materials, support equipment, tools, and test services at their own or a subcontractor’s facility. No samples or competitive technical data packages are available, and a commercial item will not satisfy the requirement. Interested large and small businesses may respond, but participation does not guarantee future award, and the government will not reimburse response costs.
