The Government intends to issue a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract to Ducommun Labarge Technologies, Inc. for the qualification and manufacture of specific C-5 AFCS and CNP Integrated Panels. This is a definite quantity, one-time contract. The Government states it does not own any technical data for this requirement. Ducommun Labarge is identified as the only known source with the necessary technical data, capabilities, and knowledge to produce the items and ensure equipment compatibility.
