The Government has a firm-fixed price requirement for the acquisition of five (5) each ARC-210 Cable Assembly Sets, NSN: 6150-01-518-4457BA, Part Number 17G680527-1, consisting of one First Article (unless waiver requirements are met) and four production units, one First Article Test Plan, one First Article Test Report, and an IUID Marking Plan, plus three (3) Options of 3 each. The ARC-210 is the primary radio used on the C-17 aircraft for communication. It is controlled by the Communication Control Unit (CCU) LRU and has a back-up remote control that alllows the pilot to manually operate the ARC-210. The ARC-210 communication system provides communication over the 30-400MHz frequency range in either Normal, Secure, or Jam-Resistant modes via line-of-sight or Satellite Communications links. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performane Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria stated in the RFQ. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED.
