The government is seeking sources for Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) engineering support services for helicopter platforms TH-1H, UH-1N, HH-60W, and MH-139. The contract is a five-year cost-plus fixed-fee arrangement (base plus four option years) continuing through FY32. Services include root cause analysis, developing preventative maintenance procedures, recommending design modifications, and providing on-site technical assistance. Performance will occur at the contractor’s or subcontractor’s facility, with government-furnished equipment provided per task orders. This effort is an 8(a) set-aside, and only certified 8(a) participants may respond.
