(Request for Interested Manufacturers for the Pressure Indicator) Request For Information, C-130 Pressure Indicator SUBJECT: Market research is being conducted to identify potential vendors that have surplus C-130 Pressure Indicators, NSN 6620-01-394-4019 LG, PN 10401N01P00. ITEM DESCRIPTION The item is a cockpit mounted indicator which provides a visual display to the aircrew of fuel tank pump output pressure measured in pound per square inch capable of reading from zero to 50 PSI of the fuel system cross feed manifold between the aircraft fuel tanks and the engines. Impediment to Competition: The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for this item is Ametek, Inc. (CAGE 61349), and they are no longer willing to produce this item. The Government does not own or have access to the technical data for this item. Due to technical requirements, the Government’s need is limited to surplus assets that are in New-Unused condition. INTEREST The AFSC Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to AMETEK, INC. for the manufacture of the Pressure Indicator in support of the C-130 program. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 22 NOV 2025 by emailing Janet Harvey (janet.harvey.3@us.af.mil). The Government intends to procure these items using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
