The Government intends to issue a modification against corporate contract SPE4AX-20-D-9407 to establish pricing for the manufacture of Video Amp Circuit Card Assembly, 5998-01-627-5313FX (PN 966-3816-001), I/O Processor Circuit Card Assembly, 5998-01-627-5316FX (PN 966-3818-002), Sweep Generator Circuit Card Assembly, 5998-01-626-9738FX (PN 966-3814-001) and CRT/Harmonization Assembly, 1270-01-626-9971FX (PN 987-0000-226). All Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs), except for 1270-01-626-9971FX support the WFOV HUD and the Multipurpose Display (MPD), installed on the F-15E Fighter Jet. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Rockwell Collins, Inc. (CAGE: 84T51). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of these items. This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type will consist of a basic 12 month ordering period and 2 additional 12 month options, for Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) as follows: NSN: 5998-01-627-5313FX: Basic BEQ 19; Option I BEQ 8 and Option II BEQ 5 NSN: 1270-01-626-9971FX: Basic BEQ 1; Option I BEQ 1 and Option II BEQ 1 NSN: 5998-01-627-5316FX: Basic BEQ 1; Option I BEQ 1 and Option II BEQ 1 NSN: 5998-01-626-9738FX: Basic BEQ 1; Option I BEQ 1 and Option II BEQ 1 Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRWA1-22-R-0014 is estimated to be posted within 30 days after the close of this synopsis. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
