The proposed acquisition will be awarded IAW FAR 6.203, Set-asides for small business concerns, under which the Government intends to negotiate and award to a capable small business. Solicitation SPRWA1-22-R-00012 will be for a firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract, with a basic 12 month ordering period and 4 additional 12 month ordering periods, for best estimated quantities as follows: First Article Requirement: Qty- 2, Basic Ordering Period- BEQ 26; Ordering Period 1- BEQ 2; Ordering Period 2- BEQ 2; Ordering Period 3- BEQ 2 and Ordering Period 4- BEQ 2.
