SUBJECT: Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess Inner Ring Surplus to meet the requirements for qualification of the UH-1N fleet, NSN 1615-00-225-1963GA, Part Number 204-011-402-017 ITEM DESCRIPTION The Inner Ring, NSN 1615-00-225-1963GA, Part Number 204-011-402-017, is a component of the swash plate assembly which is mounted on the top of the transmission with the mast in the center. This assembly transmits movement from the cyclic and collector control into the main rotor. The inner ring is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and a Critical Application Item (CAI).
