A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per Purchase Request FD20302201962 as follows: Written response is required. CLIN 0001: Remanufacture of Heat Exchanger, Air, 5 Year BASIC IDIQ; NSN: 1660-01-444-6978 P/N L8602856-2; Min=5 Max=50. CLIN 0002: Over and Above – To Be Negotiated (TBN). CLIN 0003: Data - Not Separately Priced (NSP). Function: COOLS HIGH TEMPERATURE TURBINE AIR FOR USE AS COOLING AIR IN CABIN. Dimensions: 8’ height x 22’ wide x 30’ long and weighs 20lbs. Material: Aluminum alloy. Delivery: 1 each 45 days after receipt of order (ARO) and reparable units. Early delivery is acceptable. Ship To: SW3211. Duration of Contract Period: 5 Year IDIQ Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. Award will be based on meeting our requirements and cannot be delayed pending qualification of additional sources. Part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from approve sources.
