This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes, not a solicitation. The Air Force is considering issuing a solicitation in January 2027 for propulsion test cell requirements supporting F100, F110, J85, and T56 engines at Tinker AFB. The potential contract would be a 10-year structure with one five-year base and two option periods, requiring the vendor to be a USAF-approved engine test cell producer. Vendors must be Top Secret qualified or capable of obtaining that clearance, and work includes support equipment installation, maintenance, modification, and site surveys.
