Performance is at Tinker AFB, OK 73145. Potential sources would need to provide labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for manufacturing, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping, and may also handle supply-chain management, long-lead procurement, diminishing-source issues, and nonrecurring engineering to become an approved source. Interested sources must complete a Source Approval Request package if seeking qualification, and the government will use the market research to determine whether the effort can be competitive or set aside for small business.
