The Air Force’s 421st SCMS at Tinker AFB, OK is conducting market research to identify potential sources for spares procurement of an F110 aircraft air seal (NSN 2840015595990PR, P/N 9340M30P03), with an estimated spares requirement from Oct 2026 through Oct 2027. This is a sources-sought effort, not a solicitation, and no contract award or funding is currently committed. The Government seeks all business types and will use responses to determine whether the effort can be competitive or set aside for small business, and may consider breaking the requirement out by airframe. Potential sources must be capable of new manufacture, including component procurement/manufacture, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. Additional possible responsibilities include supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources/material shortages, and nonrecurring engineering costs to become an approved source.
