The estimated spares requirement is 25 each. Potential sources must be capable of providing labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for component manufacture, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping, and may also handle supply chain management, logistics, forecasting, long-lead procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources/material shortages, and serviceable asset shipping. Unit prices would be established at contract award, and nonrecurring engineering costs to become an approved source may apply.
