Performance is at Tinker AFB, OK 73145 USA, and the applicable NAICS code is 336413 with a 1,250-employee size standard. Potential sources would provide all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for component procurement/manufacture, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping, and may also handle supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead part procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources/material shortages, and nonrecurring engineering costs to become an approved source. The Government is interested in all businesses, including large businesses and small/socioeconomic categories, and may consider breaking the requirement out by airframe.
