The Air Force’s 421st SCMS at Tinker AFB is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Synopsis, not a solicitation, to identify potential sources for new manufacture of a valve assembly manifold spare (NSN 4810-01-143-8543JF, P/N 721599D, Platform F101), with an estimated requirement of 82 each. Potential sources would be responsible for labor, materials, facilities, equipment, component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, shipping, and may also handle supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources, and shipping serviceable assets. Unit prices would be established at contract award, and potential sources may bear nonrecurring engineering costs to become an approved source. Performance location is Tinker AFB, OK 73145 USA. The government is interested in all business types, including large business, small business, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and WOSB, and may consider breaking the requirement out by airframe.
