The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for the new manufacture spares procurement of a B-1B Transmission, Mechan Platform, NSN 1680011427633RK, Part Number NF53302-03B. This effort is for a new spares buy with an estimated requirement of 46 each (minimum 12, maximum 69), with no repair requirement. Interested parties must be capable of providing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for manufacturing, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping, and may also handle supply chain management and nonrecurring engineering costs. There is no solicitation available at this time, and the government may consider breaking the requirement out by airframe or setting it aside for small businesses. Performance would be at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma (73145).
