The Air Force is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for the new manufacture spares procurement of a Fuel Control Main (NSN 2915012575403OK, P/N 6001T8G09A) for the J85 platform. The government is interested in all business types, including small, disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, and women-owned businesses, and may consider breaking out the requirement or making it a small business set-aside. Performance of services will be at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Interested sources must be capable of furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for manufacturing, testing, packaging, and logistics, and are required to complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The estimated spares requirement date is December 27, 2027.
