Performance of services will be at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Potential sources must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for component procurement, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping. Interested parties must complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered. The government is seeking responses from all business types, including small, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned businesses.
