This is a sources sought synopsis for market research, not a solicitation, for the spares procurement of 33 each of a hydraulic accumulator platform for the KC-135 (NSN 1650-00-640-8485, P/N M5498-1). The Air Force seeks potential sources capable of new manufacture, including labor, materials, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping, and possibly supply chain management and nonrecurring engineering costs. The government is interested in all business types, including small, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and WOSB firms, and may consider breaking out the requirement by airframe.
